NOTES:
• I(a SAP pro_ram is received and "2ND AUDIO RECORD" is
set to _ONx, the SAp audio is recorded on both the Normal
and Hi.Fi tracks. The main audio program is not recorded.
• ffa non-SAP program is received, the main audio is recorded
on both the Hi-Fi and Non_al audio tracks.

Your VCR's built-in MTS decoder enables reception of Multi*
channel TV Sound broadcasts•
When the channel is changed...
• The "STEREO" indication appears on lhe scrc,('n E_ral)oul 5
seconds if the program is a sLereobroadcast.
• The "SAP" indication appears on lhe screen tot about S
secondsif the program is an SAP broadcast.
• Both indications appear when a stereo program is
accompanied by SAPaudio.
To Record Stereo Programs...
•.. simply follow the basic recording procedure.
To Listen To Stereo Soundtrack During Recording...
•.. set "AUDIO MONITOR" to "HI-Fi" at the Function screen
pg. 24).
To Record SAP Programs...

ACCESS MAIN MENU SCREEN
Press MENU.
ACCESS FUNCTION SETSCREEN
Move the highlight bar (arrow) to 'FUNCTION SET"by
pressing CHAr or SHUTTLE PLUS_V, then press OK
or SHUTTLE PLUS I>.
SELECT 2ND AUDIO RECORDSET
MODE
Move the highlight bar FUNCTION
(arrow) to "2ND AUDIO
RECORD" by pressing CH
AV or SHUTTLE PLUS
z_7, then pressOK or
