Start the transaction in Qwick Chip mode. In Qwick Chip mode, the
devices does not prompt for an amount approval and needs no Acquirer
Response (RequestSendAcquirerResponse).
false = Do not do quick chip mode.
true = Quick chip mode.

20 of the 0xA2 command. Reference device manual D99875585 for more
details.
