    Periodic Inspection Introduction The Tokyo Bed is an overhead-mounted bed designed with variations for ceiling or wall mounting in the driver's compartment of the vehicle. The bed has gas-actuated cylinder arms to assist in the lowering and raising of the bed platform.

    Do NOT exceed the product's Maximum Weight Limit. Exceeding the product's Maximum Weight Limit may cause product failure, resulting in possible death, serious personal injury and/or severe product and property damage, including voiding of the component warranty. The “CAUTION” symbol above is a sign that a safety risk is involved and may cause personal injury and/or product or property damage if not safely adhered to and within the parameters set forth in this manual.
  • Page 4 Do NOT use wooden bed frame slats or the center slat retention bar to extend or retract the bed. Using the wooden bed frame slats or the center slat retention bar to extend or retract the bed may cause undue stress on the slat(s) or retention bar, resulting in cracked or broken slats and/or a bent retention bar.
