Fig.2 Fig.1 2. Lift the seat back and position the single brackets at the lower seat back in between the double brackets on the seat bottom, aligning all three holes (Fig.2).

Why two knobs? 1 on each side. 1 turns easily other not so much. How do I lock it back in reclined position?
