- Page 3 b) Turn the complete goal frame so that the guide rail faces upwards. Place net hoops in the upper corners and at uprights above threaded holes in the guide rail and screw safety hexagon socket cylinder screws DIN 912, M 6 x 20 together with washers DIN 9021, 7.4 x 22 mm.
- Page 4 d) Stick from the inside ring nuts M6 x 50 for tensioning net rope through the open boreholes of both net hoops and fix with washers DIN 9021, 7.4 x 22mm and cap nuts DIN 986, M6. e) Adjust net hoops and net hoop braces and tighten all screwed fastenings.
- Page 5 3. Installation of ground sockets: a) Stick ground sockets on the uprights. Erect the goal. To avoid slipping of the ground sockets during fixing and concreting join uprights and ground sockets by means of the wedges. Let the flat aluminium wedge (50 x 5mm, length 435 mm) slide into the guiding groove.
- Page 6 b) Set mounted goal with fixed ground sockets in the foundations (80x80x100cm). To enable a drain off of possible water we recommend to stick a tube each below the boreholes of the ground sockets. After careful adjustment of the goal to the side and specified height by crossed bars pour concrete into the foundation ditches.
- Page 7 5. Maintenance, safety and storage instructions: Check screwed fastenings regularly and change damaged and wearing parts if need be. This goal is only constructed for Soccer and not for other purposes. Check all screwed fastenings before use and repeat it from time to time.
