7.2 Monthly Maintenance

Softened water is used for circulation in the water tank in summer. The water
quality should meet the requirements.
The circulating water system is full of water in summer. In cold areas where
the circulating water system is not used or in winter, drain water from the
water pipes to avoid freezing and cracking.
When a fan of the unit is faulty, shut down the unit immediately for repair. If
the fan cannot be repaired within two hours, use a baffle plate to block the
air vent after removing the fan to prevent air backflow.
The maintenance of the unit must be performed by trained personnel to
ensure personal safety. Take insulation measures for tools and human bodies
before operating the unit. Do not enter the unit before the fans stop rotating.
Before entering the unit, ensure that electrical devices are physically isolated
from the general power supply.

smoothly.
Check that screws on the
indoor fan and exhaust
fan are not loose or
distorted.

Tighten screws if the compressor is not

Replace the compressor.
Replace the fan.
Take out the foreign matter if the fan is
blocked.
