Provision to Zoom Phone Appliance
After confirming that the Grandstream devices are equipped with the ECDSA+SHA384 certificate type,
please proceed with the following steps:
1. From web UI of the phone, Navigate to Maintenance
2. Select Advanced Settings tab: Click Reset to Factory Reset.
3. Click OK to confirm and initiate factory reset.
4. The device will automatically download and apply the configuration from Zoom's provisioning server.
Firmware will be upgraded automatically if Zoom provisions device to upgrade to a different firmware
from the device itself and it can take several minutes for the device to finish downgrading the firmware
file and display the upgrade prompt.
The provisioning and upgrading process may take several minutes and involve multiple reboots. Please
wait until the update is complete and the reboots have finished before proceeding.
