15. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the
appliance. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
16. CAUTION: If using an extension lead please ensure you do
not exceed the maximum rated running wattage/load of the
extension lead.
17. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
18. Do not dismantle, open or shred batteries.
19. Do not expose batteries to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct
sunlight.
20. Do not short-circuit a battery. Do not store batteries
haphazardly in a box or drawer where they may short-circuit
each other or be short-circuited by other metal objects.
21. Do not remove a battery from its original packaging until
required for use.
22. Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.
23. In the event of a battery leaking, do not allow the liquid to
come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been
made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water
and seek medical advice.
24. Observe the plus (+) and minus (–) marks on the cell and
equipment and ensure correct use.
25. Do not use any battery which is not designed for use with the
equipment.
26. Batteries usage by children should be supervised.
