With the back cover
opened,
the counter worm
gear and the shift pa-
wl break loose from the engagement,
and the exposure
counter
dial re-
turns to its starting position by spring,
However,
if the shutter
system
remains
cocked,
the spool
stopper
lip also remains
engaged with
the transport
control wheels.
Therefore,the
exposure
counter
does
not
re-set until the shutter is released,
as mentioned
in chapter].
