ACH550 FAN REPLACEMENT
To replace the fan perform the following
1.
Remove power from drive. Wait for 5 minutes and then make
sure by measuring that there is no voltage
2.
Remove drive cover (see See Fig. 39 — on page 30).
3.
Press the lever located on the left side of the man mount and
rotate the fan up and out (see Fig. 48).
4.
Disconnect the fan cable (see Fig. 48).
5.
Reinstall the fan in reverse order
6.
Restore power.
NOTE: Make sure that the arrow on the fan points to the same
direction as the arrow on the drive frame.

ACS320 FAN REPLACEMENT
To replace the fan perform the following:
1.
Remove power from drive. Wait for 5 minutes and then make
sure by measuring that there is no voltage
2.
Insert a small straight blade screwdriver into the slot and
press in to release the top cover as shown in See Fig. 42 —
on page 31.
3.
Free the fan cable from the clip in the drive frame (see
Fig. 49).
4.
Lift the holder from the hinges (see Fig. 49).
5.
Disconnect the fan cable. The fan cable connector is
located on the control board that is against the front of the
drive.
6.
Free the fan cable from the clip in the fan holder (see
Fig. 50).
7.
Remove the fan from the holder (see Fig. 50).
8.
Install the new fan in reverse order.
9.
Restore power.
