Put food in a microwave-safe container,
and then place the container in the
center of the turntable. Close the door.

Select the Microwave Oven mode to
Microwave.

Tap Power, and then, flick the screen
to set the power level. You can select a
desired power level between 10 % and
100 % (default: 100 %).

Tap Cook Time, and then use the
number pad to input a desired cook
time. You can also use the +30sec
button to specify the cooking time.
