For correct installation, it is recommended to follow:
The vent tube shall be kept as short as possible and avoid
sharp bends.
The slope of the vent tube shall not be less than 1:12 to
prevent sedimentation.
Before connecting to the transmitter, the vent tube must be
purged with compressed air. It is better to flush the vent tube
with the process medium.
If the medium is liquid, the vent tube shall be thoroughly
vented.
The layout of the vent tube shall allow for bubbles in the
measured liquid or condensate in the measured gas to flow
back into the process pipeline.
Ensure that the high and low-pressure side connections of
the vent tube are correct, secure, and free of any leaks.
Prior to the pressure process connection, confirm that the
relevant pipeline is clear and the construction components
are sufficiently robust.
When making the pressure process connection, confirm that
the relevant valves are closed.
After the connection is completed, confirm the good sealing
of the connected parts. Appropriate safety measures shall be
taken when venting or draining is necessary.
Avoid personal injury and property damage caused by high
pressure or corrosive medium.
4.3.3 Joint flange mounting
