6.
To add ingredients into the blender jar during operation, press the speed button
"0" to turn the blender off and wait until the motor stops completely. Open the filler
cup and add food through the opening in the lid. To continue processing, put the
filler cup back and set the required speed.
7.
After operation, press the speed button "0" and unplug the blender.
Note: For blending, processing time is 30 seconds for liquid and 50 seconds for hard
food. Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 60 seconds. Let the
main unit base cool down and rest for at least 10 minutes then resume.
Pulse function
Use Pulse function for brief operation or when there are large-sized ingredients
suspended, or ice crushing.
Note: Never use the pulse setting longer than a few seconds at a time.
-
To switch to pulse blending mode during the blending process, press down the
Pulse button and wait for 1-3 seconds, then release. Repeat this process in 3-4
cycles until you got the required blending result.
-
For ice crushing, add 10-12 ice cubes (not more than 2.5cm cube size) to
the blender jar then press down the Pulse button. Hold for 1-3 seconds and
release. Repeat this blending process until the ice cubes have been crushed
into the ideal size, or becomes fluffy like snowflakes.
Stir Stick
You can use the stir stick to process very thick or frozen mixtures. The stir stick
helps circulation by preventing air from being formed. It is used to stir and push
ingredients into the blades when the blender is on.
Note: Use the stir stick only when the lid is assembled correctly to the jar to avoid
the stir stick hitting the blades.
-
If food is not circulating, remove the filler cup; put the stir stick into the jar
through the lid opening. Hold the top of the stir stick and move it up and down,
turn around or push it toward the side or corner of the jar to help ingredients
down into the blades.
-
If the finished ingredients will not be served at once after blending, you can use
the stir stick to blend it before drinking.
