A format should now appear on the terminal screen similar to that on the
lnitialization Worksheet. See Figure 2-1 and read the notes relating to it.

Regardless, they must be changed to reflect the lnitialization Worksheet.
2. The numbers on the left side of the format (0, 1, 2, and 3) represent
the four ports on the 7426. DO NOT attempt to change these numbers.
