elbows and transitions as possible.
• You must exit outside if your room does
not have one.
• Insert the conduit through the hole.
• Connect the metal conduit to the cover
and then connect it to the body of the
hood.
• Use duct tape to seal joints between
sections of duct.

To reduce the risk of fire, it is
recommended to use metal
ducting.
Installing the filters (See image 6 on page
5)
• To remove the grease filter, press on
the metal locking tab. This should
disengage the filter from the hood. Then
tilt the filter down and remove it
• To install the filter, align the tabs on the
rear filter with the slots on the hood.
• Press the tab on the metal closure,
push the filter into position and release.
Make sure the filter is securely fitted
after assembly.
• To install the carbon filter, place it in
the same way as regular filters.
Note: Fit the grease filter after fitting the
charcoal filter.
Note: Charcoal filters are included with
this appliance.
Installing the adapter (See image 7 on page
5)
This hood includes an adapter to be able
to use a flexible smoke outlet tube with a
diameter of 120mm.
If you want to install a 120mm diameter
tube, place the adapter in the top hole of the
hood and fix it with adhesive tape. Then
place the flexible tube.

Electrical installation
The electrical installation must be done by
a qualified person who can comply with all
regulations.
This cooker hood must be properly
connected to an earthed socket. Disconnect
electrical power before wiring.
If the power cord is damaged, it
must
manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons
to avoid a hazard.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
The extractor hood has been designed for
domestic use only, to remove fumes from
the kitchen.
Never use the hood for purposes other
than those for which it was designed.
Never leave naked flames on when the
hood is in operation.
Adjust the intensity of the flame to
direct it only to the center of the pan;
make sure it doesn't gobble up the sides
of the pan.
When frying food you must constantly
monitor it, as overheated oil can burst
into flames.
The hood should not be used by
children or people who do not have the
knowledge of how to use it correctly.
Normally your hood will be able to
contemplate two modes of operation:
Operation with air outlet to the outside:
the air is sucked in, purified through the
aluminum filters and evacuated to the
outside through the relevant tubes.
Air recirculation operation:
sucked in and purified through the
aluminum filters and the carbon filters
and is expelled back into the
