2.5. Connecting the FireWire 800 Cable

1. Turn the drive on. See
2. Connect one end of the FireWire 800 cable to the
FireWire 800 port on your host computer (Fig. 2.5-
A).
3. Connect the other end of the cable to either of the
FireWire 800 ports on the 2big (Fig. 2.5-B).
TeChNICAl NOTe:
