2.4. Connecting the FireWire 400 Cable

1. Turn the drive on. See
2. Connect one end of the FireWire 400 cable to the
FireWire 400 port on your host computer (Fig. 2.4-
A).
3. Connect the other end of the cable to the FireWire
400 port on the 2big (Fig. 2.4-B).
