Overview
The AMAX-354 is a Dual-Core Ultra Compact ARM-based
EtherCAT Controller explicitly crafted for machine and
equipment builders. Its ultra-compact format ensures excep-
tional space-saving, offering a cost-effective solution. This
controller supports up to 32 axes of EtherCAT with flexible
I/O extension, encompassing local slice I/O expansion and
remote EtherCAT I/O device expansion. It facilitates ESI
import, dynamic PDO setting, and diagnostics for EtherCAT
applications.
Moreover, the AMAX-354 is equipped with MotionNavi De-
signer, a low-code software environment utilizing Advantech
BASIC language for swift development. The softmotion
kernel enhances its capabilities, providing motion functions
such as PTP, linear and circle interpolation, and Path table.
This feature set assists users in streamlined configura-
tion, minimizing programming efforts, and facilitating easy
diagnosis.
