Refer to the chart below when this unit does not function properly. If the problem you are experiencing is not listed below
or if the instruction below does not help, set this unit to the standby mode, disconnect the power cable, and contact the
nearest authorized YAMAHA dealer or service center.

HDMI IN 2 jack are being output at the
HDMI OUT jack.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
Connect the power cable firmly.
Set the impedance to match your speakers.
Make sure all speaker wire connections on this unit
and on all speakers are secure and that the wire for
each connection does not touch anything other than
its respective connection.
Set this unit in the standby mode, disconnect the
power cable, plug it back in after 30 seconds and then
use it normally.
Connect the cables properly. If the problem persists,
the cables may be defective.
Disconnect the optimizer microphone.
Set the input mode to AUTO.
Select an appropriate input source with INPUT,
MULTI CH INPUT or the input selector buttons on
the remote control.
Secure the connections.
Select the front speakers by pressing
SPEAKERS A or B on the front panel (or by pressing
SPEAKERS A or B on the remote control).
Turn up the volume.
Press MUTE or any operation buttons of this unit to
cancel a mute and adjust the volume.
Set the input mode to AUTO or COAX/OPT.
Play a source whose signals this unit can reproduce.
Connect HDMI components that support the HDCP
copy protection standards.
Set Support Audio to RX-V2600 in HDMI Set.
Set Conversion to On.
