    • double-ended wrench UNBOXING The transport, lifting and moving of the Robotiq Palletizing Solution should be performed by qualified and authorized personnel. Failure to do so may result in material damage, bodily injury or death. 1. Remove the top panel and the four (4) sides of the crate by removing the screws that hold them into place.

  • Page 11 G. Centering the Solution This procedure needs to be performed before installing the vacuum gripper. It will ensure the proper functioning of the Solution. The goal is to properly align the column with the base by placing the robot wrist at a specific position when the latter is in contact with the side of the base.

  • Page 13 4. Apply pressure on the Vacuum Generation Unit and hold it in place for 30 seconds to ensure the tape sticks properly. 5. Route the 12 mm air tube from under the Robotiq control box to the inlet of the shut-off valve. 6. Push the air tube until it stops.
