Cleaning the display
1. Connect a USB keyboard to the display.
2. Turn off the display.
3. Disconnect the AC power adaptor from the power source, and then connect again to the display.
4. Using the cursor, select Wipe data/factory reset to reset the system.
1. Download the NEB215 (3288) Android 9.0 +STAROS10.1.5 firmware OTA update from
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_JsALVC8Fz-x4aDVqo3_g1_tJboNGcD0/view?usp=share_link.
2. Copy the update.zip file to a USB drive (FAT32 format). Don't extract the file, just copy the file.
3. Connect the USB drive to the display.
4. Once the Firmware Updating pop-up window displays, select Install.

2. Extract the DriverAssistant_V4.5.zip file and install the driver first. A pop-up window should display Install driver ok.
3. Extract the AndroidTool_Release_V2.65.zip file and execute AndroidTool.
4. Follow the installation instructions in the GS Android Tablet update-firmware instructions PDF file.
1. Write down the Serial Number and MAC Address of the display on a piece of paper.
2. Download all the files in the following link:

3. Extract the DriverAssistant_V4.5.zip file and install the driver first. A pop-up window should display Install driver ok.
4. Extract the AndroidTool_Release_V2.65.zip file and execute AndroidTool.
5. Follow the installation instructions in the GS Android Tablet update-firmware instructions PDF file.
If the STAROS version is 10.0.6 and onwards, factory reset the device to install STAROS again, but all data and apps will
be removed from the device.
If the STAROS version is before 10.0.6, contact
STAROS on your devices.
To clean the display, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the AC power adaptor from the power source to turn off the display.
2. Using a non-abrasive cleaning cloth or wipes, gently wipe the screen.
CAUTION: Do not spray liquid directly on the touch screen; use wet wipes, a sprayed cloth, or a dampened cloth
with the excess moisture squeezed off. Avoid highly concentrated alcohol (> 70%), non-diluted bleach, or ammonia
solutions, as these may cause discoloration.
3. Allow the screen to dry before connecting the AC power adaptor to the power source.
