Printing Troubles

When paper jams or any other troubles with the printer unit occurs, follow the procedures shown
in the Device Screen. If the machine does not work properly after taking the procedure, contact
your dealer or nearest SHARP Service Department.
Troubles with the Printer Unit

Troubles with the Paper Trays
Symptom

Cause
Do not forcibly insert or remove the Paper Tray. Turn the power
switch off. In a few seconds, switch on the power.
When the printer is ready to receive data, insert or remove the Paper
Tray.
Remedy
Press the main power switch to the <|>(ON) position.
