The factory will ship the new magnet housings. New magnet housings are identified with a green/gray dot applied to the back of the transducer.
- Page 6 All registered owners of product within the affected serial number range will receive a letter from MotorGuide. This letter will explain the situation and request that they contact their nearest MotorGuide Service Center to set up an appointment to have their motor inspected and reworked, if necessary.
- Page 7 1-920-929-5040. Please provide a copy of this letter to the Service Center. MotorGuide will cover the costs of the repairs as outlined in Service Bulletin 2008-02R1.
