The following terms are used throughout the ERGO F21 User Manual and may be unfamiliar to some operators.

Definition
The transmitting speed measured in bits per second.
A measurement of data transmission safety. The amount of failures in the data stream
which has to occur during the transmission in order to create a wrong signal.
The base address is the Hetronic PC-Link assigned address of the coder
