4.7 CARRYING YOUR ROLLATOR

You can carry the rollator when it is both fold-
ed and unfolded. If you would like to carry the
TAiMA VENTUM when unfolded, you can do so
with the help of the carrying strap, for example:
1. Lift the rollator using the carrying strap
(upper, wide carrying strap / 1, Fig. 10) on
the seat cover.
2. You can now carry it over a short distance
without the folding lock coming loose.

4.8 TRANSPORT

Should it be necessary to transport the prod-
uct, we recommend folding the rollator. The
product should be packed so that it is stand-
ing in a stable position and there is no danger
of the means of transport performing sudden
and dangerous movements. If you need to carry
the product, we recommend lifting the rollator
when unfolded using the carrying strap on the
seat cover.
P In this case, follow the instructions in the
section "Folding and unfolding your
rollator" and "Carrying your rollator".
4 USING THE PRODUCT
WARNING
Safety hazard! Please only lift the TAiMA
VENTUM when you are standing safely and it is
not loaded heavily in order to avoid falls.
Caution! Only the upper carrying strap may be
used for carrying. The folding lock is released by
tightening the lower pull strap (grey).

P Carefully pack the rollator in a cardboard
box when shipping it. When using
trapezoidal boxes, make sure that they are
positioned the right way round, i.e. with
the straight long side facing downwards.
P Please inform yourself in advance about
the conditions of the transport company
for transport by plane or train.
