No-Picture Problem

If no picture is displayed on the monitor even after the following remedial action is taken, contact your
local dealer.
1. Check the Power indicator.

These messages appear when the input signal is incorrect even if the monitor is functioning.

Possible cause and remedy
• Check whether the power cord is connected correctly.
• Turn off the main power, and then turn it on again a
few minutes later.
• Turn the main power switch on.

and [Gain] to higher level.

• Check whether the PC is turned on.
• When the EcoView Sense is on, the monitor may

device connected to the DisplayPort for details.

to the PC.
