No-Picture Problem

If no picture is displayed on the monitor even after the following remedial action is taken, contact your
local dealer.
1. Check the Power indicator.

These messages appear when the input signal is incorrect even if the monitor is functioning.

Possible cause and remedy
• Check whether the power cord is connected correctly.
• Turn off the main power, and then turn it on again a
few minutes later.
• Turn the main power switch on.

• Set each adjusting value in [Brightness], [Contrast]
and [Gain] to higher level.

• When the EcoView Sense is on, the monitor may

and then turn it on again. Refer to the manual of the
device connected to the DisplayPort for details.

• Check whether the PC is turned on.
• Check whether the signal cable is properly connected
to the PC.
