G. Remove the existing reel driveshaft

2. Perform the following steps to install the new
reel driveshaft:
A. Install the new reel driveshaft (included in
the loose-parts bag).
Take care to not damage the seal.

C. Install the key into the driveshaft keyway
(Figure 6).
D. Install the pulley
E. Use the nut to secure the new reel driveshaft
to the assembly
F. Torque the nut to 37 to 45 N∙m (27 to 33
ft-lb).
G. Install the belt and tension the belt by
applying 6 to 7 N∙m (55 to 60 in-lb) to the
idler-arm internal hex shown in
H. Tighten the idler-arm bolt and use the
previously removed socket-head screws to
install the belt cover.
3. Perform the following steps to adjust and install
the cutting unit:
