H. Printing a vCare Communication Log
If a Communication Error displays during the CSRC Communication Test or First Call, a vCare
Communication log can be printed out to aid in Troubleshooting. Please have this Communication log
on hand when calling support for assistance.
1. In [Service mode], select [List Output].
2. Select [Communication Log List] and press the "Print Mode" button at the bottom.
3. Press the "Start" button to print out the Communication log.
4. Press the "Service" button to return to [Service Mode].
Note: If the "Communication Log List" button does not appear, in [Service Mode]
> select [System Setting] > [Software DIPSW Setting] and set [30-1] to On(1).
