Test sequence

Visual inspection in de-energized state
1. Open the housing of the charging station using the two doors. Remove the panel at the top
part of the automation area (+F03).
2. Perform a visual inspection of all device and plug-in connections. Pay particular attention to
the plug-in connection of the auxiliary contacts of the overvoltage protection (left below
+F01-FA1) and the plug-in connectors on +F01-FC1.

Measurements in the de-energized state
1. Continue with the measurements in the de-energized state. According to DIN VDE 0100, this
includes the measurements for insulation testing as well as the measurements of the
grounding connections. If different, follow the instructions of locally applicable guidelines.
2. Remove the connector for the supply voltage of the Open Controller (+F03-KF1) before you
connect the supply voltage via the upstream switching device.
Note
Check whether the Makrolon cover is covering the main switch. Never connect any
voltage without the protective cover in front of the copper rails.
