... On units produced after 8/79, L2 inductor is removed. C11 is changed to 3.9mF .

.... Vivitar P/N 3100100 (Diode 10D8), 3100003 (Diode S1 R 150) or 3100022 (Diode SM1 ·12) is the proper re-
placement. However, type SR 1FM-12K (P/
N 3100040) used in some production models should be replaced
as necessary with the correct type(s) mentioned above.
