the resource ceases to exist or becomes inaccessible
for future references (RFC 2068 section 19.6.1.3).
The TRACE method is used to invoke a remote,
application-layer loop-back of the request message.
The final recipient of the request reflects the
message received back to the client as the body of a
200 (OK) response. A TRACE request must not
include an entity (RFC 2616).
The PATCH method is similar to PUT except that
the entity contains a list of differences between the
original version of the resource identified by the
Request-URI and the desired content of the
resource after the PATCH action has been applied.
The list of differences is in a format defined by the
media type of the entity (for example,
"application/diff"), and must include sufficient
information to allow the server to recreate the
changes necessary to convert the original version
of the resource to the desired version (RFC 2068
section 19.6.1.1).
The OPTIONS method requests information about
the communication options available on the
request/response chain identified by the Request-
URI. This method allows the client to determine
the options or requirements associated with a
resource, or the capabilities of a server, without
implying a resource action or retrieving a resource
(RFC 2616).
The DELETE method requests that the origin
server delete the resource identified by the
Request-URI (RFC 2616).
