SPECIFICATIONS:
Electric, self-contained, stainless steel,
tilting steam kettle, Vulcan-Hart Model No. ___________. Fully
welded hemispheric bottom kettle with type 304 stainless steel
jacket and lining (316 stainless steel liner, 20, 30 & 40 gallon).
Jacket tested to 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm
self locking tilt mechanism. Kettle tilts forward 90° to completely
empty. Tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet. Controls
enclosed in stainless steel housing include a power switch,
thermostat, power "on" light, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure
relief valve and low water signal light. Elements are field replace-
able. Requires 208 or 240 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase.
NSF listed. U L listed. Meets ASME code.
