kettle, Vulcan-Hart Model No. ___________. Fully welded
hemispheric bottom kettle with type 304 stainless steel
jacket and lining (316 stainless steel liner, 20 & 40 gallon).
Jacket tested to 35 psi (2.4 kg/cm
stainless steel cover with drop down lift handle (60 - 100 gallon
spring assist). 2" compression tangent draw-off valve with
perforated strainer. Tubular stainless steel legs with flanged
feet. Operates with 5 psi (0.4 kg/cm
(2.4 kg/cm 2 ) direct steam. Steam control assembly includes
nickel plated steam supply control valve, nickel plated
condensate return line strainer and steam trap.
NSF listed. Meets ASME code.
