    3 TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT The StepSaver platform lift was developed for transporting wheelchair users. The lift is driven by 4 spindle motors inside 4 columns. The lift motors are supplied by 2x12V batteries located on board of the platform. The basic version comes with a mechanical access ramp, safety curtain, half-height side barriers and a handheld control on the platform.
