Using the PROGRAM AE
function
(1) Press MENU to display the menu on the LCD
screen.

Turn the CONTROL dial to select PROGRAM
AE, then press the CONTROL dial.

Turn the CONTROL dial to select the desired
PROGRAM AE mode, then press the
CONTROL dial.

Press MENU to erase the menu display.

Note on shutter speed
The shutter speed in each PROGRAM AE mode
is as follows:
Soft Portrait mode - from 1 / 60 to 1 /425
Sports lesson mode - from 1 / 215 to 1 / 4000
Beach & Ski mode - from 1 /60 to 1 /215
