Setting the fan level
After turning on the hood, a beep will sound and all buttons will light up for one
second, indicating that the hood is ready for use. When the hood is on:
On/off button: Controls the motor power. If you press the on/off button in
standby mode, it will light up, the motor will start at low speed and the digital
display will start setting 1. If you press the on/off button when the hood is
switched on, the hood will switch off with a delay of 3 minutes, the setting will
switch to low speed and the on/off button will flash every second to indicate the
delayed switch-off phase. You can press the power button again at this stage to
turn off the hood immediately (the motor will stop).
Light button: This allows you to turn the light on and off independently of the
function of the other buttons. Press the button once to turn on the light. The
button lighting now also lights up. Press the button again to switch the light off.
The button lighting also goes out.
Plus button: Works when switched on. Pressing the plus button (+) once increases
the motor speed by one level and the digital display shows the corresponding
setting. If the plus button (+) is pressed, the button light for the plus button (+)
lights up. Once the highest setting has been reached, only the button tone can be
heard when the button is pressed; the setting remains unchanged.
Minus button (-): Works when switched on. Pressing the minus button (-)
once decreases the motor speed by one level and the digital display shows the
corresponding setting. If the minus button (-) is pressed, the button light for
the minus button (-) lights up. Once the lowest setting has been reached, only
the button tone can be heard when the button is pressed; the setting remains
unchanged.
