Step 3: Set up the ID code for battery pack by rotating the PIN number on the ID switch. From number 0 to 9,
the number can be random, no particular order.Rotate the PIN number on the ID switch to setup the
unique ID code for each battery pack. It's required to assign a unique ID to each battery pack for
parallel operation. From number 1 to 9, the number can be random except for master battery pack.
The master battery pack must be set as ID 0.
Step 4: Use another battery cable and plug one end into battery connector on the #1 battery pack. Plug the
other end of battery cable into the battery connector on the #2 battery pack. Connect grounding
firmly.
Step 5: Insert supplied RJ11 cable to connect the extension port of the #1 battery pack. The other end
connects to the extension port of the #2 battery pack.
Step 6: Use another battery cable and plug one end into rear connector on the #2 battery pack. Plug the
other end of battery cable into the rear connector on the #3 battery pack.
Step 7: Insert RJ11 cable (supplied in the battery pack) to connect the extension port of the #2 battery pack.
The other end connects to the extension port of the #3 battery pack.
Step 8: Turn all breaker switches on the connected battery packs to "ON" position. Now, all battery packs are
ready for DC output.
Step 9: Press manual ON/OFF button for 5 secs on each battery pack and all battery packs will start up.
NOTE 1: If multiple battery packs are operated in parallel and state of charge (SOC) of these battery packs
are different, it may not discharge battery from all battery packs for parallel operation. Only when
all battery packs are fully charged and BMS communication is internally well connected, all
connected battery packs will discharge at the same time.
NOTE 2: Based on the UPS charging rating, the maximum batery pack for extension is 3pcs.
NOTE 3: The"Signal"cable is not required when multiple battery packs operate in parallel.

2-8. Setup the UPS

Before installing the UPS, please read below to select proper location to install UPS.
1.
UPS should be placed on the flat and clean surface. Place it in an area away from vibration, dust,
humidity, high temperature, flammable liquids, gases, corrosive and conductive contaminants. Install the
UPS indoors in a clean environment, where it is away from window and door.
2. It's required to maintain maximum altitude of 3000m to keep UPS normal operation at full load UPS.
3. Place UPS: It's equipped with fan for cooling. Therefore, place the UPS in a well-ventilated area. It's
required to maintain minimum clearance of 100mm in the front of the UPS and 300mm in the back and
two sides of the UPS for heat dissipation and easy-maintenance.
Step 1: UPS input connection
Plug the UPS into a two-pole, three-wire, grounded receptacle only. Avoid using extension cords.
The power cord is supplied in the UPS package.
Note: Check if the site wiring fault indicator lights up in LCD panel. It will be illuminated when the UPS is plugged
into an improperly wired utility power outlet (Refer to Troubleshooting section).
