13.1 What to do if...
Problem
You cannot activate or op‐
erate the oven.
The oven does not heat
up.
The oven does not heat

the cavity of the oven.

Possible cause
The oven is not connected
to an electrical supply or it
is connected incorrectly.

You left the dish in the
oven for too long.
You did not assemble the
lid of the water drawer cor‐

Remedy
Check if the oven is cor‐
rectly connected to the
electrical supply (refer to
the connection diagram if
available).
Activate the oven.
Make sure that the settings
are correct.
Refer to "Using the Child
Lock".
Make sure that the fuse is
the cause of the malfunc‐
tion. If the fuse is blown
again and again, contact a
qualified electrician.
Replace the lamp.
Contact an Authorised
Service Centre.
Do not leave the dishes in
the oven for longer than 15
- 20 minutes after the
cooking process ends.
Assemble the lid of the wa‐
ter drawer correctly.
Assemble the lid of the wa‐

Insert the water drawer
body in the appliance by
pushing it until it reaches
