4. Align mounting slots on the power distribution box
with the drilled mounting holes.
5. Place fasteners through slots and drilled mounting
holes. Tighten securely.
6. Measure and scribe a mark where the 41 mm (1 5/8
in.) dia. hole will be drilled. See Figure 5-6.

7. Use a 41 mm (1 5/8 in.) dia. hole saw and drill a hole
for the power distribution box wiring harness. See
Figure 5-6.
8. Measure and scribe a mark where each of the four
4 mm (5/32 in.) dia. mounting holes will be drilled.
See Figure 5-6.
9. Use a 4 mm (5/32 in.) dia. drill bit and drill the four
mounting holes. See Figure 5-6.

Power Distribution Box

Note: Ensure the HVAC system is mounted in the floor,
under the sleeper bunk, before mounting the
power
distribution
installation/operation

installation.
The power distribution box as shown in Figure 5-7,
provides power and communication to several wiring
harnesses that connect to the following items:

5.2.4
Connect the Load Connection
(Power) Harness
1. Locate the P9A or 7-pin connector on the end of the
load connection harness.
Note: See Section 6, Installation Drawings for
detailed wiring diagrams.
2. Connect the P9A or 7-pin connection to the P9 or
7-pin connector, located on the power distribution
box. See Figure 5-7 and Figure 5-8.

3. Locate the P3B or 16-pin connector on the end of
the load connection harness.
4. Align the P3B or 16-pin connector on the end of the
load connection harness to the 41 mm (1 5/8 in.)
dia. hole drilled in the truck's floor. See Figure 5-6.
5. Place fasteners through the four 4 mm (5/32 in.)
mounting holes on connector and tighten securely.
