Safety of children and vulnerable people
• This product can be used by children aged 8 years and
above. Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities and lack of experience and knowledge can use
the product if they have been given supervision or
instruction in using the product in a safe way and
understand the potential hazards.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the product.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by
children under the age of 8 and only under supervision.
• Keep all packaging far away from children. There is a risk of
suffocation.
• If you dispose of the product, pull the power plug out of the
socket. Cut the connection cable (as close to the product as
possible) and remove the door to prevent children from
getting electric shocks or being trapped inside.
• If this product is to replace an older product with a spring
latch (latch) on the door or lid, be sure to render the spring
latch unusable before disposing of the old product. This
prevents the product from becoming a potential death trap
for a child.
General safety
WARNING! Keep ventilation openings in the product cabinet or
in the built-in structure clear of obstructions.
WARNING! Do not use mechanical devices or other means to
speed up the defrosting process.
WARNING! Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for
the defrosting process.
