For future reference, please write down the production number of your RAIS wood-
burning stove here. The number must be stated in all inquiries or complaints con-
cerning this product.
Warranty
We offer a five-year warranty on your RAIS stove. The warranty covers any defects in
materials or workmanship. However, it does not cover damage from misuse or ne-
glect, and the glass, gaskets and firebricks are not covered either. Warranties are void
if the unit is used to burn any materials other than wood or not operated in accor-
dance with this owner's manual
