The shims are fitted in the factory. The number of shims can be adapted to the actual
operating conditions according to the following tables. Slight variations in colour of polyu-
rethane rollers is normal.
8.4.1. AMP-10 Model
a) NR, NBR, EPDM, CSM, NR-A and NBR-A:
Number of shims of 0,5 mm thickness (part number 102.01.49). NOTE: for fluid temperatu-
res >60°C: reduce shim quantities by 1.

b) Norprene / Silicone:
One 2,5 mm shim can be used (part number 102.01.16), alternatively five 0,5 mm shims
can be used (part number 102.01.49) for a total of 2,5 mm. NOTE: for fluid temperatures
>60°C: reduce shim quantities by 1.
