Information Services

Your SoundPoint IP phone is capable of
displaying customized information based
on information services that are deployed
within your company e.g. calendars, stock
tickers etc.
To view a service, press the Services key.
Use the scroll and Select keys to select
one of the listed services. You may need

Display Control Keys

The SoundPoint IP 500CS offers a set of
display control keys:

Use the arrow keys to scroll or navigate
through information on the display.
M
Use the Sel key to select a highlighted
menu item
M
Use the Del key to delete keyboard
input or delete information from
a list if applicable.

LED Indicator

The SoundPoint IP 500CS has a single
LED indicator. It is used to indicate the
following conditions:
M
Phone rings (incoming call) - the LED
will blink
M
When on a call and the phone is muted
the LED lights up solid
M
Voice Mail - When the phone is in the
idle state the LED will blink indicating
that you have unheard messages on the
voice mail system.

To return to the main phone display,
press the Back soft key or the Menu hard
key.
