Device Privacy Code

If you want to secure your device from unauthorized access once your device has
gone into key guard mode, you will first need to set up a privacy code:
Press

Settings > Key Guard & Security.
Scroll down to the Privacy Lock group box. Highlight

then press the trackball to select it.
Enter a three-digit code using the keyboard or the dial:

At the prompt, re-enter your code to verify.

A "New Combination Enabled" message appears. Select OK.

You can still make emergency calls from the key guard screen even if privacy code

is enabled by opening the display then pressing

Sound Profiles

To create a new sound profile or modify an existing profile, press
and select Settings > Sound Profiles. You can have up to eight profiles total.

The system provides six profiles by default.
to open the Jump screen. Press

to save your settings and return to the Jump screen.
