This is the only user adjustable component on the unit. The refrigeration control / temperature display is covered by a protective cover to prevent unauthorized changes.
Installation and Operation of: Product Name MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE – Stainless Steel Care & Cleaning To prevent discoloration or rust on stainless steel several important steps need to be taken. Stainless steel contains 70-80% iron which will rust. It also contains 12-30% chromium which forms an invisible passive film over the steels surface which acts as a shield against corrosion.

Installation and Operation of: Product Name MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE – Cleaning the Condenser Coil The condenser coil is located behind the unit. This unit has a replaceable filter, discard old filters. The con- denser coil requires regular cleaning and is recommended every 60 days. However, in some instances you may find that there is a large amount of debris, dust or grease that has accumulated prior to the 60 day time frame.

Installation and Operation of: Product Name MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE – Door Gasket Care Gaskets require regular cleaning to prevent mold and mildew build up and also to keep the elasticity of the gasket. Gasket cleaning can be done with the use of warm soapy water. Avoid full strength cleaning prod- ucts on gaskets as this can cause them to become brittle and prevent proper seals.

Inside the unit, under the food pan insert, is a removable duct box and duct cover that can be removed by unscrewing the thumbscrews that hold them in place.
