Before the modems connect...
If your modem doesn't respond to any AT commands,
· Make sure the modem is on.
· Make sure you selected the correct COM port and IRQ in your
Windows Control
· Make sure the computer is in Terminal mode.
· Type in all upper (AT) or lower (at) case.
· There may be a COM port/IRQ conflict. Refer back to Internal
