IGNITION FAILURE

BURNER OPERATION

BURNER START-UP (A)
• Control remote control TL closes.
Fan motor starts up.
• Servomotor starts up:
rotates 90° towards the right.
• Pre-purging stage with MAX output air de liv-
ery.
• The servomotor rota tes towar ds the left until
the angle set on the orange cam; in position.
• Ignition electrode strikes a spark.
• Safety valve VS and pilot valve VP open. The
flame is ignited at a low output level.
• Delivery is then pr ogressively increased, with
the valve VR opening slowly up to MIN. out-
put, point B.
• The spark goes out.
• The control value box starting cycle ends.
STEADY STATE OPERATION (A)

Once the starting cycle has come to an end,
control of the ser vomotor passes on to the
remote control T R that controls oven tempera-
ture, point C. (The electrical control box still con-
tinues to check the pr esence o f the flame a nd
the correct position of the air and gas maximum
pressure switches).
• If the temperatu re is low , so the rem ote con-
trol TR is closed,
increases the ou tput u p to the MAX value

• If the temperature increases until the opening
of TR, the bur ner pro gressively reduces the
output up to the MIN value (tr
sequence repeats endlessly.
• The burner locks out w hen heat reque st is
less than th e heat supplie d by the bur ner at
MIN output, (tract G- H) and the remote con-
trol TL opens.

IGNITION FAILURE (B)
If the bur ner doe s not switch on, the gas valve
goes into lockout within 3 s of the opening.
BURNER FLAME GOES OUT DURING OPER-
ATION
If the flame should go out during oper ation, the
burner will lockout within 1s.
