GAS PRESSURE (A)
The adjacent tables show minimum pr essure
losses along the gas supply line depending on
the maximum burner output operation.
Column 1
Combustion head load loss.
Column 2
Load loss at gas butte rfly va lve with maximum
opening: 90°.
Column 3
Load loss a t gas train includ ing: adjustment
valve VR, safety valve V
S ( both fully open) ,
pressure adjuster R, filter F.
The values shown in the various tables refer to:
Natural gas G 20 PCS 11.1kWh/Nm
With:
Natural gas G 25 multiply the values of the tables
by 1.3.
Calculate the approximate maximum output of
the burner in this way:
-
subtract the combustion ch amber pr essure
from the gas pressure measured at test point
3)(A)p.4.
-
Find the nearest pressu
re value to your
result in colu mn 1 of
the ta ble for t he
required burner.
-
Read off the corresponding output on the left.
To c alculate th e required g as pr essure at test
point 3)(A)p.4, set the MAX output required from
the burner operation:
-
find the nearest output value in the table for
the burner in question.
-
Read off the pr essure at test point 3) (A)p.4
on the right in column 1.
-
Add this va lue to the e stimated pr essure in
the combustion chamber.

GAS FEEDING LINE

• The gas tra in is connected to the gas att ach-
ment, with the flange, fixed to the pipe cou-
pling 28)(A)p.4.
• Make sure that the pr essure regulator adjust-
ment r ange ( colour of th e spring) comprises
the pressure required by the burner.
