Installation - Pioneer BP-320 Owner's Manual

INSTALLATION
Before beginning installation of the car stereo, be
sure to detach the negative © terminal of the
battery first.
1. The BP-320 can be installed in various ways as
shown in the diagram. Do not install it in any of the
following places.
® Do not install it near a heat source, for example,
the hot air outlet, nor inside the glove compart-
ment, nor under the rug, because the heat radia-
tion of the BP-320 will be adversely affected.
© Do not install the BP-320 on the floor near the door
where it may be exposed to rainwater, nor in the
leg room of the driver's seat where it will stand in
the way of the driver.
2. Be sure to use only the specified screws, etc. for
installing the BP-320. Screws not meeting the spe-
cifications may damage the internal parts, and
loosen to disconnect them.
3. When drilling holes or otherwise machining your
car, contact the nearest car dealer for advice.

1. Le BP-320 peut étre placé a divers endroits dans la
voiture comme indiqué sur le: croquis. Ne pas
l'installer aux endroits mentionnés ci-aprés.
¢ Ne pas l'installer prés d'une source de chaleur:
orifice d'entrée d'air chaud, dans la bojte a gants,
sous un tapis, par exemple, car ces conditions
sont défavorables au bon fonctionnement du BP-
320 étant donné la formation de chaleur qui peut
se produire.
e Ne pas le placer sur le plancher prés d'une portiére
ou il risquerait d'étre exposé a la pluie ni dans
espace réservé aux jambes du conducteur ou il
génerait dangereusement.
2. Utiliser uniquement les vis qui sont spécifiées, etc,
pour installer le BP-320 dans la voiture. Les vis qui
ne correspondent pas aux spécifications risquent
d'endommager certains organes internes et de se
desserrer a la longue.
3. Au moment de percer des trous dans la voiture ou
procéder a des modifications, demander conseil au
concessionnaire le plus proche de la marque de la
voiture.
