Troubleshooting:

Fault
No power on the operator panel Missing main power supply or
The blower does not start when
the "Start" button is pushed
The blower does not stop when
the "Stop" button is pushed
The blower does not start or
stop when operated from the
digital input
The blower does not respond to
pressing the "↓" and "↑" buttons
on the operator panel
No data is shown in the opera-
tor panel

Cause
switched off main switch.
Interrupted circuit breaker at the
blowers frequency converter
The blower has been switched off
on the main switch and switched on
again too fast.
"Remote" is chosen on the operator
panel.
Operator has not access to oper-
ate the blower.
Digital input signal External Stop
NC not chosen and / or corre-
spondingly connected in terminal
row X30.
The blowers frequency converter
damaged due to overvoltage
caused by loose wiring or vibra-
tions transmitted to the control box.
If an external start / stop switch
is installed, loop may be missing
between terminals 1 and 5
"Remote" is chosen on the operator
panel.
Operator has not access to oper-
ate the blower
"Local" is chosen on the operator
panel.
The digital input "External Stop NC"
has not been configured correctly
"Remote" is chosen on the operator
panel.
Operator has not access to oper-
ate the blower
Missing connection between the
frequency converter and the panel
(via the Profinet connection). "Com
fault" is displayed in the menu Er-
ror.
Frequency converter defect.
Missing power supply to the opera-
tor panel
Remedy
Check that the main power supply is con-
nected and that the main switch is on.
Reconnect the circuit breaker (see sec-
tion "Electrical installation")
Reset error with "Reset Fault" on the
operator panel.
Login as Tech or Admin and set to "Lo-
cal" (if needed).
Login as Tech or Admin and set correct
access for Operator (if needed).
Connect stop to terminal X30 or check
connection. Chose the correct digital
input on the operator panel.
Replace frequency converter and tighten
wiring connections securely. Check for
vibrations and correct according to sec-
tion "Mounting".
Install loop between terminals 1 and 5 in
terminal row X30
Login as Tech or Admin and set to "Lo-
cal" (if needed).
Login as Tech or Admin and set correct
access for Operator (if needed)
Login as Tech or Admin and set to "Re-
mote" (if needed).
Ensure that the circuit is closed
Login as Tech or Admin and set to "Lo-
cal" (if needed).
Login as Tech or Admin and set correct
access for Operator (if needed)
Reconnect or replace the Ethernet cable.
Check if they are light in the frequency
converter's display. Replace the frequen-
cy converter.
Restore the 24VDC connection
